インストール
Solarisのインストール方法にはいくつかの種類があるが、Linuxと違いハードの影響を もろに受けるので、極力CUIでインストールしたほうがいい。
もちろんここではCUIでインストールするがサーバ構築を目的にしているのでOSのインストール時からサーバの要塞化を意識し、不必要なパッケージがインストールされないように「Core System」でインストールする。
１．CD-ROMドライブに「Solaris9 Software 1of2」を入れコンピュータを起動
２．「Solaris Device Configuration Assistant」が起動するので[F2_Continue]を押す
３．「Identified Devices」画面になるので[F4_Device Tasks]を押す
４．「Device Tasks」画面になるので[Set Keybord Configuration]を選択し [F4_Device Tasks]を押す
５．「Set Keybord Configuration」画面になるので[Japanese(106)]を選択し [F2_Continue]を押す
６．「Set Keybord Format」画面になるので[with Windows keys]を選択し [F2_Continue]を押す
７．「Device Tasks」画面に戻るので[F3_Back]を押す
８．「Identified Devices」画面に戻るので[F2_Continue]を押す
９．「Boot Solaris」画面になるので[CD]を選択し[F2_Continue]を押す
１０．「Current Boot Parameters」画面になるので[1 Solaris Interactive]を選択し [ENTER]を押す
１１．「Select a Language」画面になるので[4 Japanese]を選択し [ENTER]を押す
１２．「Select a Locale」画面になるので[0 Japanese EUC (ja)]を選択し [ENTER]を押す
１３．「The Solaris Instllation Program」画面になるので[F2_Continue]を押す
１４．「kdmconfig -Introduction」画面になるので[F4_Bypass]を押す
１５．「Identify This System」画面になるので[F2_Continue]を押す
１６．「Network Connectivity」画面になるので[Yes]を選択し[F2_Continue]を押す
１７．「DHCP」画面になるので[No]を選択し[F2_Continue]を押す
１８．「Host Name」画面になるのでホスト名を入力し[F2_Continue]を押す
１９．「IP Address」画面になるのでIPアドレスを入力し[F2_Continue]を押す
２０．「Subnets」画面になるので[Yes]を選択し[F2_Continue]を押す
２１．「Netmask」画面になるのでサブネットマスクを入力し[F2_Continue]を押す
２２．「Ipv6」画面になるので[No]を選択し[F2_Continue]を押す
２３．「Set the Default Route」画面になるので[Specify one]を選択し[F2_Continue]を押す
２４．「Default Route IP Address」画面になるのでルータのIPアドレスを入力し[F2_Continue]を押す
２５．「Confirm Information」画面になるので内容に問題がなければ[F2_Continue]を押す
２６．「Configure Security Policy」画面になるので[No]を選択し[F2_Continue]を押す
２７．「Confirm Information」画面になるので内容に問題がなければ[F2_Continue]を押す
２８．「Name Service」画面になるので[DNS]を選択し[F2_Continue]を押す
２９．「Domain Name」画面になるので自サイトのドメイン名を入力し[F2_Continue]を押す
３０．「DNS Server Addresses」画面になるのでDNSサーバのIPアドレスを入力し[F2_Continue]を押す
３１．「DNS Seach List」画面になるので自ドメイン名を入力し[F2_Continue]を押す
３２．「Confirm Information」画面になるので内容に問題がなければ[F2_Continue]を押す
３３．「Time Zone」画面になるので[Asia]を選択し[F2_Continue]を押す
３４．「Country or Region」画面になるので[Japan]を選択し[F2_Continue]を押す
３５．「Date and Time」画面になるので内容に問題がなければ[F2_Continue]を押す
３６．「Confirm Information」画面になるので内容に問題がなければ[F2_Continue]を押す
３７．「Solaris Interactive Installation」画面になるので[F2_Standard]を押す
３８．「Select Geographic Regions」画面になるので[Japanese EUC(ja)]を選択し[F2_Continue]を押す
３９．「Select Software」画面になるので[Core System Support]を選択し[F2_Continue]を押す
４０．「Select Disks」画面になるのでSolarisをインストールHDDを選択し[F4_Edit]を押す
４１．「Automatically Layout File Systems?」画面になるので[F4_Manual Layout]を押す
４２．「File Systems and Disk Layout」画面になるので[F4_Customize]を押す
４３．「Customize Disk」画面になるので任意の容量を入力し[F2_OK]を押す
４４．「File Systems and Disk Layout」画面になるので問題がなければ[F2_Continue]を押す
４５．「Mount Remote File Systems?」画面になるので[F2_Continue]を押す
４６．「Profile」画面になるので[F2_Continue]を押す
４７．「Reboot After Instllation?」画面になるのでAuto Rebootを選択し[F2_Begin_Installation]を押す
４８．「Information」画面になるので[F2_OK]を押しインストールを開始する
４９．インストール中は↓のような画面が表示される
５０．インストール後無事にログインプロンプトが表示されればインストール完了
